Bowie County Community Supervision

Located on the second floor of the Bi-State Justice building in Texarkana, Texas, the Bowie County Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD) is a criminal justice agency that serves the public under the authority of the criminal judiciary system.

Bowie County CSCD provides public safety through treatment, planning, and prevention. Our supervision officers have dual responsibilities of public safety and rehabilitation, and our ultimate goal is to stop the cycle of crime and prevent offenders from becoming serious, violent criminals.

Bowie County CSCD is charged with public protection through the supervision of nearly 3,500 offenders residing in Bowie County. We enforce the court-ordered conditions of community supervision and provide the offender with a wide range of rehabilitative services and resources.
